MISSING A SESSION OF A 4-WEEK CLASS
To make up a missed session, you are welcome to come to a Maker’s Space, free of charge! Our teacher will walk you through what you missed in class and be around to answer any questions. Please let us know if you need to miss a class, so we can prepare the lesson and sign you up for Maker’s Space!
We are happy to provide you with a full refund for your class booking provided you contact us within 2 days of class starting.
CANCELING YOUR BOOKING
If you can’t make it to class, we can also transfer you to a different class if there are openings! If you know you won’t be able to attend the class and want to switch, please reach out as soon as possible, to prevent small classes from being canceled due to insufficient attendance.
SWITCHING TO A DIFFERENT CLASS
We keep our class sizes within a specific attendance range to make sure that classes feel comfortable and are a good learning experience for you or your child.
Classes may get canceled if the minimum number of students do not sign up within two days of class starting.
If a class is canceled due to insufficient attendance, we will notify you and refund you for the canceled class.

WORKSHOPS
We do not offer refunds for missed workshops and events. If you are not able to make it, please reach out within 2 days of the event to cancel. If you reach out within 2 days, we will refund you free of charge.
If you reach out within 48 hours of the event starting, we would be happy to transfer your enrollment to a different workshop, class, or event. We are not able to offer full refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

SUMMER CAMPS
If your camper needs to miss a day, please let us know as soon as possible!
While we can’t offer full make-up days for missed sessions, your teacher would be happy to set aside any materials or projects so your child can complete them at home.
If you would like work on missed projects at our studio, you are welcome to attend one Maker’s Space, free of charge! These sessions are 2 hours only, so they will not be the full length of the missed class session.
MISSING A DAY OF CAMP
We are happy to provide a full refund if you contact us at least 5 days before camp begins. If you need to cancel within 5 days of camp starting, we can offer a transfer to a different camp session (pending availability).
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before camp begins or for missed days once camp has started.
CANCELING YOUR CAMP REGISTRATION
CAMP SIZE REQUIREMENTS
We keep our camp sizes within a specific attendance range to make sure that every camper has a great experience and plenty of individual attention.
If a camp does not meet the minimum number of sign-ups two days before camp begins, we may need to cancel it. In that case, we’ll notify you right away and issue a full refund.
